Cancellations received up to and including 31 July 2026:
50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received from 1 August to 23 August 2026
(inclusive): 25% of the participation fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received on or after 24 August 2026: no
part of the participation fee will be refunded.
All applicable refunds will be made after the event. Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the MDRT Secretariat at crosiou@globalevents.gr / mchatziefstratiou@globalevents.gr.
